Meet Jesse

Jesse is known as the “deliberative strength” of the I’m Determined leadership team. He approaches every project with care, making sure all perspectives are considered. Jesse helps turn ideas into meaningful solutions, from improving website accessibility to creating content that truly resonates. Alongside his calm presence, his well-timed office jokes bring our value of playful work to life every day.

My Superpower: I’m a setter (volleyball) – I like to look for opportunities for others to succeed and put them in the right position to do so.

A mentor or person who inspires me: Danny Bauer, a leadership coach who taught me a lot of things, but mostly, not to take myself so seriously!

One thing that makes me smile: The movie Elf

Favorite way to destress: A long walk

All youth have a story, but most have that story narrated for them. I enjoy finding innovative ways to work with individuals and those surrounding them, so that the students can be the ones inking their journeys.
