Help create a new transition assessment

The University of Oklahoma is working to develop a new transition assessment for students with significant cognitive disabilities, and they are looking for input and possible pilot sites. If you are interested, read the info below.

We need your help in creating a transition assessment for students with significant cognitive disabilities.  By participating in this survey, you will be able to provide valuable feedback for the University of Oklahoma Zarrow Center for Learning Enrichment to aid in the development of a new transition assessment known as the TAGG-A.
As you may already know, there are not many transition assessments that meet the needs of students with significant cognitive disabilities. We need your input to help design an assessment tool that will appropriately assess students with more significant disabilities.
Completion of the survey is confidential and voluntary. The survey will take about 10 minutes or less to complete. If you should have questions prior to completing the survey, please contact Malarie Deardorff (, Dr. Jim Martin (, or by phone at (405) 325-8951.
The University of Oklahoma is an equal opportunity institution.
Thank you for your support and participation.
